Plain City, Ohio | First of all thanks to all who responded to my previous post about breaking the wheels loose from the axle.
One side is loose so now I am working on getting the 16 bolts out of the cast wheel.
Once again I would like to know if there are any secrets tricks to not only getting the bolts out but also moving the cast center to the outer ring on the steel rim?
So far I have managed to break five bolts and get all the remaining nuts off or loose by heating them.
Now it appears the next trick wil be getting the bolts out of the cast rim and moving the center to the outer band (rib) on the rim.
Please advise with any thoughts.
