Iron doesn't move much at all from older leaves to younger leaves, so the Fe levels in the upper (newer) leaves will mirror what the roots are experiencing for uptake conditions. In other words, Fe levels can bounce around a lot from one week to another, sampling only the uppermost fully expanded leaf on each occasion.

I don't have nearly so high of an opinion of Nutri-Scription as you do.
