Not unless you wait like some did here and harvest until next spring. All the corn here last fall was from 25-35% last fall and this spring I heard right at 15.5%.
I'd have 0% moisture corn in the spring as there wouldn't be any to harvest. Deer would have it all smoked. Went around a wet patch a couple of years ago, went back 2 weeks later to hand pick for squirrels, zero ears left.
Neighbor asked what my secret was for no volunteer RR corn in RR beans or what I put in the spray. Told him the secret was simply deer. Not a kernal left. (tried to tell him it was the quality of combine operater and no corn shelled on the head or out the back, didn't believe that one) |
