NW Washington | Here is a little bad news about kochia from Montana. It is a tough nut.
"Most Montana kochia already is resistant to sulfonylurea herbicides such as Glean, Ally, Amber, Express, Finesse, Harmony Extra and Peak. Additional resistance of kochia to Banvel, which kills plants in an entirely different way (mode of action) than Sulfonylurea herbicides, is of particular concern because it further limits the growers’ chemical options for kochia control.
