I hope it is OK, been doing it for years. We are not usually blessed with the moisture a lot of guys on here get so our beans don't always canopy so later moisture can cause a weed flush. Never have worried about if they were flowering when sprayed, but guys on here are making me nervous. Actually I am pretty confident you can spray glyphos on RR beans at any stage and not adversely affect them.
