To get 1 to 2 inch accuracy you are going to need a subscription or a base station. Just wanted to mention that because there will be a cost associated with it that you might not have been aware of when you posted.

To get something that could be used with a tablet or android phone, its going to limit you to a newer Asian system. That means questionable tech support and not much opportunity to buy used and not much opportunity to do anything past steering.

For manure spreading and spraying you don't need 1-2" accuracy. A free WAAS signal with no kind of unlocks, usually advertised as "6 inch pass to pass," is good enough.
