If he flushed the system and replaced the orifice and accumulator and made sure there was only 10 ounces of oil in the new compressor and pumped down it has to blow cold air. Make sure your evaporator is clean and no piece of foam fell down and blocking the air flow. I am talking on the inside of cab below right hand side of dash. Look in there with a light.
