While in gear, throttle back or apply the brakes. That should take care of it. If the fuel tanks are full, it may take more brake pressure to get the nose to tip down while going forward. This won't give you an individual pin wear analysis, but a good idea on the overall condition. I assume with 10000 hours, they have been replaced. Goodluck
