I have one of each. The FD70 has all the FD75 updates. They both suck if you want them to flex. They're both great on flat ground. I wouldn't be afraid of a straight FD70 and put the updates on but it'll cost a couple thousand to do. After owning both at the same time, no way is my 75 a 20,000 better head than the 70.
