Slow truck auger down or speed the under bin auger up. Easy for us to do as the under bin is hydraulic and truck auger is PTO so can do both from the cab or back of the tractor. Also it helpsif you have a couple pieces of plywood and set on each side of the intake tube. Make sure they're talk enough to reach the output auger, then throw a concrete block in the hopper to hold them up.
