Our EASi Suite crop recordkeeping program comes with Pocket Crops for a PDA.   PocketCrops lets you view all field operations for the selected year and record new operations, syncing them back to the desktop periodically.  Operations recorded on the desktop or other PDAs will also be synced down to your PDA so you can view history that was created on a device other than your own.  You perform the setup in the office so everything is in dropdown lists.  

The significant difference between Pocket Crops and other tools is that you can view you can continue to view field operations that you or someone else has recorded, even after they have been uploaded to the desktop.  You can also edit recorded operations all the way up to the time they have been sent to the desktop.
