The diff ring and pinion could be stripped, it’s not common but you wouldn’t be the first person it has happened to.
The input shaft splines strip sometimes too, but that doesn’t explain this. The planetaries on the 1500 axles sometimes have clips come loose, but that doesn’t explain this and you have a 1300 axle anyway.
