The "t-bolt" on these rear disc levelers break a lot.
Yes, I know that the leveler needs to be set so that it just barely touches the ground.
Anyway, another farmer mentioned in passing that there is some sort of "fix" that greatly improves the breaking of these t-bolts. However, he was unwilling to share with me what the "fix" was.

Shop foreman here reminds us that the sideways wiggle breaks the toggle bolt. We are in the process of creating larger greasable bushings where the unit pivots. Good sized job.
Hopefully, we will hear of an easier method. |
