| Check with your electricity supplier. At one time last year I could have gotten $200 alight to install new led UFO lights.
The lights run under $80.
If they have nothing try googling lighting rebates. I saw one place where they gave some federal money direct. Not as much but still $$
FYI, I like my tube lights better than the ufo. The tube lights give better coverage.
