Graham flour is more coarse than regular whole wheat flour. Google will find a source of Graham flour and Amazon has it.

edit: I think "stone ground" whole wheat flour might be a good substitute for Graham flour. Bob's Red Mill has stone-ground hard wheat flour for bread and stone-ground soft wheat flour for pastry and other non-bread use. https://www.bobsredmill.com/shop/flours-and-meals/whole-wheat-pastry...
