Is this happening with relatively new drones? If you are getting legit fly-aways during warranty period, you need to contact DJI. They will want to look at your flight logs, and I've heard through the grape vine that they usually replace drones lost to an actual hardware malfunction, not operator error, when it occurs while the drone is still under warranty.
