Pick this apart. $16000 land here in 2022, 200bu/acre x $6.50 bu is $1300 gross, farm loan at 7% fixed. $8000 land here in 2011, 200bu/acre corn x $4.00 bu is $800 gross, farm loan at 4% fixed. Same farm, which one will get paid for sooner?
