You will need to email Navcom/Stellar support.
They had one program for iTC/nct2100d, another for older like gen2 / nct2000, another for the sf3000 and for the nct3050. Then for the few nct5050 that are out there it seems there is another program for that.
Deere decided to officially stop support of all older units.
