West Tennessee | Jon's already mentioned that the gearboxes can be a problem. We pull our fan from the separator now (JD 9610 & 930F) and have had zero problems since making that conversion. Do a search on this site because this has been discussed numerous times in the past. We love our air reel now and would not want to be without it. I thought about taking the belt off the fan for wheat because you don't have to have the air to cut wheat. I left it on because we only had 200 acres to do. I appreciated it even for that. | |
