He didn't go into detail on preparation but he is against vegetable oils so I would assume he at least avoided that.
Wife and I both, it would be unusual for us to not have at least two or three a day and a half dozen wouldn't be too unusual. Had two boiled ones today at lunch out riding the RZR in the Hualapai mountains in Arizona.
