So I'm curious how big your operation is, because I don't spend 2 hours per week doing accounting. I don't mean that snidely at all, but that does circle back to my original point about them pricing themselves out of reach for smaller operations. I just don't have that much paperwork to process each month. I can easily keep inventory in Google sheets if I need it on the go; that probably isn't a great option for larger operations. It's also a lot easier to say its a small part of your overall operation or cost/bu if you're selling a million bushels VS 100,000 bushels or less. It's also much easier to recoup that cost as you said when you're operating on a larger scale.

I demoed traction shortly after it rolled out, and I just can't see how the web ui will save a small operation enough money to pay for

If I wanted to, I believe Centerpoint has a web based option as well, but I don't know what it costs.
