Make some of our own deer sausage products, but looking for something different, looking for something within a couple of hours or a little more of Salem, IL. Have tried Behrmans, Wennemans, Korte. Just looking for some different or unique slim Jim's or sausage. Or have any recipes you would like to share? Thanks
