Have a Daewoo 1760 xl skid steer that doesn’t want to lift very well. I was trying to move some dirt today and it would only pick up about 1/3 of a bucket. Also the boom leaks down very quickly. The cylinders have recently been rebuilt. Almost seems to me it lacks hydraulic flow. It does have plenty of oil in it. Is my hydraulic pump going bad?
