What tractor and what type of antenna?
Fought with it for a while on a few of ours, then bought a "vintage" (1980s/90s) big steel whip style antenna and another with the "power booster" on it. It helped tremendously, replacing the rubber flexible type that was on there.
Also expensive lights can and do go bad or have a factory defect.
