You can buy bill of lading at most trucks stops and office supply stores? Who determines a 'legit' trucking company? We were looking at augers in Canada a while back, quotes were as high as $20/mile for a longer one, I would say a 'legit' company would be $10/mile, i wouldn't do it for less than that myself.......
