32 oz of glyphosate
(5# material
) + Firstrate and would love to see 2,4-D Ester as well.
If you let them get to 12" you're going to miss some even if they aren't resistant. Best to get when very small.
You might also
(looking into next year
) spray in the late fall with glyposate + 2,4-D. Add Canopy or the like if you know you're going to beans.
