I have three of those tanks. I wish I had been a little wiser in tank design many years ago. I also have tried to figure a way to put an outlet lower or a larger manhole in them. I even have one that the elbo has come off, so have about 10 in. of fluid in the bottom. I hate these tanks. I wonder if a guy could shovel out enough under the side to get a fork lift under them and tip them without breaking the plastic?
