When I had hogs were ever I spread manure giant ragweed was a problem. My assumption is the soybean meal carried alot of weed seeds. Because the back of the farm never got hog manure and didn't have a ragweed .
So a large seeded giant ragweed is able to survive the press, heat, and chemical extraction process of making SBM? Not a snowballs chance.
Giant ragweed loves high fertility. Your hog manure helped to
create their ideal environment. You weren't importing giant ragweed seed through soybean meal. |
