I cant comment on the mower you are talking about but I do have a krone 280 I think is the number. That is a big mower but it connects in the middle so I would say it would be good on the right tractor. I will say the Krone is far above any disc mower I have had and in the last 30+ years I have had two Kuhns and a NH. One of the Kuhns had a cutter bar crack and I would see the cutter bar on it flex, I have never seen the bar on the Krone flex. I like the shaft drive, how light it is on the ground, the engineering on it is way above any of the rest. I think a lot of thought went into the making of the mower. I didnt help you any with your questions but dont think you will go wrong with a Krone.
