Subject: RE: Salt and potassium

Pittsburg, Kansas

For potassium we keep a shaker of the "no salt" around and sprinkle some in our reverse osmosis drinking water. It is potassium chloride (like the fertilizer only food grade). Without it and magnesium my wife gets leg cramps really bad. For magnesium we use about 1/3 dose of Milk of Magnesia in some soda water at night. And we use plenty of regular calcium chloride table salt. We like the Redmonds Real Salt brand. It is not iodized or bleached (just naturally mined salt) so we take a couple drops of Lugols iodine in our morning coffee.
