I'm not anywhere close to calling myself knowledgeable about your specific question, but I think you could do what you are wanting with the Climate or Fieldview app. Need an ipad but it is a pretty good tool to assess planting & harvesting & overall field health.
Yep, use green planter and red combine with Field view as the cross platform accumulator.
