Southeast Florida
Check to see if the turbo is turning by removing the air intake hose at the turbo. When you get the air intake hose off an if the turbo is turning check for side play, it should have very little. If its frozen or hard to turn there's a good possibility of a piece of rust that has flaked off and become jammed in the exhaust side, you'll have to use judgment here. This is a very common problem with power unit that have sat all year and blow crap out after they are warmed up for the first couple times. I normally take a sort handle 1/4 drive breaker bar and put a socket on the end of the turbo shaft working it back and forth very carefully not loosening the nut either.
