NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | I know nothing about Relaxium as to if it works or not but will just make a suggestion for an over the counter sleep aid that helps my wife and I sleep better. We both take 10mg oh Melatonin when we go to bed and we both feel it helps us sleep better. My wife tried 5 mg of it to start with but had little success but taking 10mg definitely helped her. I don’t recall what it cost but it’s pretty cheap, probably a lot cheaper then Relaxium. | |
