Needs a rock rake and a skid steer with a bucket. Almost looks like an old junk one way wheel rake would windrow that stuff even. We have hayed some river bottom ground and raked up driftwood chunks that size.
Our batt style picker would take forever to clear that on its own.
Need advice from some of you rock pickers (pics)
