Subject: RE: Per label I’m allowed to spray to the row if wind is blowing away. ZERO ISSUES.

It is an off label application to apply the dicamba products 20 feet from a susceptible crop here. Give your location so I can look up the label that say you can spray it inches from E3 beans.
And it doesn’t matter what direction the wind is blowing when you apply it if it turns around 4 hours later.

State that I apply in has zero additional requirements and I am not spraying in any ESA counties thus federal label is it. And there is no language anywhere in the federal label for non ESA counties that says I can’t apply to the row to E3 beans as long as wind is blowing away.

Period.

Zero issues

Lot of bad applicators out there.
