You can get good or bad tractors from southern states, all depends on how it was treated. Most late model tractors come from large operations that dish them off to the two parties in the original thread and the tractors migrate north to a large consignment auction near you where they are cleaned, detailed and have the wheels painted to look like it was only used to go to church.
