south central IL | I wish all of you non I state guys would come on over. 200 acres north of shelbyville Illinois just sold for 20,000 plus. Cash rent going for 500 +. Investors from all over running up prices. 200 won’t cut it on those numbers. There’s always someone who will take over if you give up. The whole state isn’t drummer and Flanagan either. It’s always easy to judge from outside.(P.S. flame away)
