How many hours yearly do you think a person running that size of operation will have invested?

I wouldn't want to hazard a guess without knowing a lot more details.

Depends on whether the 9000 hd operation is 9000 hd/year or 9000 spaces, how old and what are the sizes of the buildings, how much travel between sites and what the health status of the pigs is.

Honestly, this could be anywhere from a 15 hr/week job to a 60 hour/week job.

I'd want to see the barns, pigs and closeouts before taking the job or discussing compensation.    If the pigs suck, all the money in the world would have a hard time hiring me to take care of 9000 spaces filled with sick and dying pigs.
