I'll say that the red ones do an exc. job putting the seed into the ground but it seems that the spacing is not as good as others. I also had neighbors with 1250's that had issues with seed flow to row units. I know they all have their good and bad points. there are a lot of 1770 ccs around us and htey do a good job and I haven't heard many complaints with the planter or the electronics associated with row shutoffs and var. and hyd. drive. I,m red through and through but i,m not color blind when it comes to purchasing equip.
Keep the comments coming as thats why I posted this!! Does case offer pneumatic dn press? Also are you able to mix seed size between one side of the planter and the other and not suffer from a standability standpoint? Thanks guys
Think deere would paint it red for me????
