You have to bypass the SmarTrax and plug the PORT A plug from the Phoenix 200 cable directly into the DGPS plug on the Viper Pro cable in place of the SmarTrax. Once you do that, then do menu-exit-exit to menu and select the front panel button. It should fill in the front panel after a little bit. Arrow left to the WAAS CONFIG menu, tap down to get to where it shows 138, tap the enter button so 138 flashes, tap the down button until 135 displays, tap the enter button again to lock in the change. Tap the home button and it should go back to the home screen of the Phoenix 200. It should come in with a D in the top left corner, something like Dx08. Once it does that, you're all set up, and you can switch your cabling back again, repower everything, and get back to work. | |
