I've got a Sprayer Specialties XLRD 1250 and love it, especially the booms. They have stamped booms, rather then just welding a bunch of iron together, and the flotation is excellent. Very good overall sprayer and highly recommend it. It has touchdown wheels to keep it off the dirt, but stability is good enough that they usually aren't needed unless you severe elevation change.
