RR Valley, ND; MN native | I live at the south most edge of Fargo... Went into Fargo today taking the county road over to I29. No evidence of any field work yet. Standing water seemed to be down, but shiny mud yet in the lower spots.
Last I heard from relatives in S Kandiyohi county in MN sounds like unlikely to get much done for over a week yet. Water standing all over.
I do think some work was done before the 5" rain a few days ago. | |
