With relatively late planting, and late burndown spraying, is spraying the xtend herbicide going to be a futile endeavor?
I know our residual with our SB burndown is 5 weeks, and seems effective even longer sometimes. Still have 2/3 of the acres to spray! We never have needed to add a residual post-spraying on our 15 inch SBs before.
Is there a change I should consider? Post apply with a residual? Go back to flexstar and spray later? Does the xtend have enough residual to get through long enough?
Not buying them next year, but didn't have the xtend flex I wanted this time.
I'm trying to do the right thing here, and have some flexstar for fields with non-extend neighbors already | |
