Get started not now, but an hour ago. Every minute that passes reduces the chance of survival.
Stand them back straight and stake/wire them with some serious supports. Setting anchors in concrete would be a good permanent solution. They will be weakened on the windward side forever due to the torn roots.
Keep them watered. They’ve lost half or more of their intake ability. You might consider putting drip hose into the hole before standing them up. Do a little research into large tree transplanting and how they manage that.
