NE Iowa | Use them as creep feeders here. Took the lids off and have them sitting up on concrete blocks. Works very well. Built small 'sheds' around them with used steel for roof, wooden corner posts and sides with spacings for the calves to walk in on 2 sides. Able to reach in with the auger from the mixer mill we mix our home-made creep in, so filling them is easy. | |
