Had that happen to me when I had a new holland round baler. Rye will tend to wrap on anything it can, what happens when you dump the tied bale ,belts loosen up when end gate is open,rye will tend to go under belts. nothing you can really do.The roll scrappers really don't help if you have them. I got a different baler, problem solved
