Well think we got to the bottom of the problem. Sprayer is working fine. Our mixing inductor which we have used for years is way off once it gets much over 30 gallons. Was never a problem with the old sprayer because we never mixed much over 35 gallons so basically were mixing too much chemical each load. Sprayer acres were about 2% over is all.
