I think the deep frost here is what hurt us, it just wouldn’t come out.
The snowmelt was actually on the small side, rivers and ditches stayed low early on looked like a great early spring was on the way.
The ground just wouldn’t get fit to dry out, too cold too little sun.
Now of course there are flood watches all around the state, more rain coming in 4 hours.....
Yuck.
