What Model is the Snapper?

It is no antique but I forget how old it is. I've owned it for 12 years and really like it. Originally it came with a Tecumseh (sp?) engine that the previous owner took off for a 3.5hp Briggs. That engine was a dog. When it puked I bought a 6.5 hp Briggs for $350 and had a new mower. BTW this is a SP push mower I think 28/29" cut. For what I do this is plenty of mower. And the new engine allows it to suck up dog turds off the neighbors lawn when I cut the grass, great vacuum. Excuse me, when my boy mows the grass.
I could have bought a whole new mower but like I mentioned, I like it so it stays. Could use a new bag and a side discharge chute would be handy from time to time as I mow a lawn periodically for the single mom next door. |
