Yes and yes.
I used to use sure start pre. Worked good if warm. 2011 did some post at 10”. What I did post green snapped 80%. Made 55 bpa.
Bottom line, this far north I feel I am better eating for germination then going after it. sure start would probably work 15 days post planting great but we are into beans .
